What Rush services do you offer?

If your order is urgent, or you have a gig or trip approaching that you need your product for, we offer a 3-day or 1-week rush service (charges apply).  Please note that rush services include manufacturing time only, commencing from the date the ear impressions are received in our lab, and do not include the time it takes for shipping, weekends, or statutory holidays.  Rushes are shipped out via standard shipping methods unless otherwise requested (additional fees apply).   A rush service must be indicated on the order form at the time of the order.
