Can I use the Swim Earplugs for diving?

Although our Swim Earplugs are great for swimming, showering, or other water activities where you need to minimize the chance of water entering the ear, we do not recommend wearing custom earplugs for deep water diving.  Wearing solid earplugs without venting can interfere with proper equalization.  There are generic fitting earplugs on the market that are specifically designed for diving use, that include a special valve that allows for safe equalization at different depths.
