Can I cancel or refund my order?

Because each of our products is custom made specifically to fit the customer ordering them, we cannot offer refunds after the product has been manufactured.  The product will not fit another person and we cannot re-use any components or materials due to hygiene safety; therefore, we are not able to re-stock them on the shelf.  We can accept cancellations depending on which stage of the manufacturing process the product is at.  We commence manufacturing almost immediately after receiving the earmold impressions in our lab.  Once the custom earmolds have been made, the sale is final.  We offer industry leading warranties on all of our products, and make it our utmost priority to ensure the best fit and function for each product ordered.
