When purchasing through one of our Providers, the Provider will ship your earmolds to our lab, and we ship the product back to them for you to pick up. Alternatively, you can pay to have the final product shipped directly to you from our lab. If you do not want to purchase your product through one of our Providers, you will be responsible to ship your impressions to our lab, and we will charge you to have the final product shipped directly to you. We suggest always using shipping methods with tracking capability, and in turn, we only ship back using shipping methods with tracking abilities as well.
The Provider/Customer is responsible for shipping charges when sending warranty items to our lab. When the product is under warranty, HearSmart Solutions Inc. covers the cost of standard shipping to return the item back to the Provider. HearSmart Solutions Inc. does not cover shipment costs of either direction for products that are out of warranty.
Our standard shipping methods include:
- Expedited Canada Post: 2-7-day delivery. For residential and rural areas, and out of province or international shipments.
- ICS Courier – Next Day Delivery. To business locations only.
- Xpress Canada Post: 1-2-day delivery. For rush orders to residential and rural areas, and out of province. Extra fees apply.
Please note that HearSmart Solutions Inc. reserves the right to ship via our preferred courier method, but will accommodate special requests that are mutually agreed upon (note: additional charges may apply).
